Tournedos Bakery provides upscale desserts and is available for any type of event – from intimate dinner parties to corporate meetings to weddings. We offer a variety of dessert options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and anything between.

Fresh Berry Tart

Delicate tart crust filled with vanilla pastry cream, and topped with strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and apricot glaze.

Chocolate Cake filled with peanut butter mousse topped with chocolate ganache.

Broadway Carrot

Carrot Cake with chopped pecans, crushed pineapple & toasted coconut with whipped cream cheese frosting.

Rochester native Rachael Lancie has been a dedicated professional in the foodservice industry for over 15 years.

As Pastry Chef for both Tournedos Steakhouse and the Inn on Broadway’s catering department, she has honed her expertise in crafting exquisite pastries, specialty cakes, custom cookies, and house-made ice creams.

Rachael’s passion for baking shines through in every creation, with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maximizing flavor.

Her dedication to quality and genuine care for our guests make her an invaluable part of our team, ensuring that every sweet indulgence is as beautiful as it is delicious.
