Our Property Gems

Not only are we a multi-venue property, but we are also complete with 25 boutique hotel rooms for your guest’s or business travelers’ convenience. The heart of the Inn is the University Club Ballroom. Adorning its walls are original painted murals depicting Rochester Landmarks as they appeared in 1929.  We have over an acre of parking, and complimentary valet Wednesday-Saturday evenings.

Our entire culinary and coordinating team works to personalize your day into one that is forever remembered by your guests. “We held our rehearsal dinner (for 30) followed by a welcome drinks party for all of our guests the evening before our son’s wedding. Abbye Schmitz, the event coordinator, was extremely helpful in helping us make decisions and was always responsive to all my questions. The rest of the staff was lovely and efficient. The L-shaped ballroom was perfect for our events. The space was beautiful, and the lantern decor we added made the space and table look elegant and cozy. The food was great -steak lovers were thrilled!–and beautifully presented. Dinner was an excellent value, and there were options for different dinner packages. The displays of spiced nuts and popcorn and cheese platters we added for the drinks portion were beautifully presented. Our event was a great success. Everyone loved this beautiful, restored, historic, venue.”
