EVENT SPACES
We ensure every detail of your wedding, banquet, or meeting will exceed expectations, as we seek to meet your intention in kind, to execute your event flawlessly. We have three private dining rooms for smaller format events and one private space for larger events, meetings or gatherings. Our inclusive packages and event menu are just the beginning; we are happy to customize any menu to match your vision and budget.
The Ballroom
Our historic Ballroom, our largest event space, is stunning with original crystal chandeliers, bold navy walls, 16 ft. Murals of landmarks around Rochester at the time of the buildings construction. Floor-to-ceiling windows exposing the cityscape as well as romantic fireplaces.
Perfect for any gathering, this space accommodates up to 150 guests for seated celebrations, or up to 200 for cocktail style events.
The space lends itself perfectly to smaller weddings, showers, business dinners and events due to its L shape. You will feel right at home in the Ballroom.
The Broadway Room-
Adjacent to the Ballroom, this space is perfect for intimate ceremonies, dinners, elaborate dessert displays and as a quiet lounge area to break away and settle.
This space accommodates 25-30 guests for a seated dinner.
The Parlor-
On the first floor, The Parlor offers a private dining area away from the restaurant, with a fireplace, and seating for up to 25 guests.
Perfect for showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, & board meetings.
The Library-
Through Tournedos main dining room, you will find the Library. The name says it all, as this room was once used as a library for the University Club, it is our most intimate private dining offering, seating up to 12 guests. With four walls and a door, this space can be closed off for more private gatherings or meetings.
Available for private reservation. Perfect for intimate family dinners, business meetings, etc.
The Lounge
In this NYC-inspired bar and lounge area- the perfect gathering place to start your evening or end the night with your party.
This space is open to the public seven days a week. Buyouts can be booked through our Events Department.
